Will never buy there or service there again. Bought a brand new Tiguan in June 24. After 11 months (5800 miles) the car starts shaking when breaking, bring it to them and they tell my wife we need to repair rear brake for more than $900. Team diagnosed the problems (water pump and 3 engine mounts) quickly. Christian was extremely helpful. He set up the appointment and kept me in the loop as repairs progressed. The service team coordinated with the extended warranty provider and completed repairs in a timely manner. Christian and the team who did the work get 10s for their effort.
