Very disappointing customer service at this location. Every time I’ve brought my vehicle in for service or a recall, I have never been provided with a loaner vehicle. I paid over 100k for my vehicle, and I expected a much higher level of customer care and service. Unfortunately, my experience at this location has been extremely disappointing.
One of his worker by the name of Carlos She is not answer my question and I want to know about my vehicle status. She doesn’t tell me which status of my vehicle.
Marcel and Anita were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They made everything smooth and stress-free, helped me get the truck I wanted, and arranged for it to be delivered to me. Their communication, professionalism, and dedication to customer service were outstanding. I truly appreciate everything they did and would highly recommend working with them. Thank you both!
