Let’s be serious, kindergarten students would be better suited to run this place than the current staff. It’s very disheartening when you go in and buy a luxury vehicle only to find that certain factions of the company such as this place for instance have limited or no power product knowledge, customer service training, or really any competence at all regarding anything Cadillac.
