Beware when purchasing from Lindsay Acura. They were great when I bought my used Acura TLX but they could care less about you after you drive off the lot. I got a flat tire and found that the lug nut key was missing, I actually didn’t even know I was supposed to have one. I called and they said stop in and they would get me one. This is a follow up of my review of purchasing our 2 year old Genesis. We were mostly satisfied with our purchase experience. The car is perfect, but that has nothing to do with Lindsay and everything with Genesis. However, this review concerns their failing to live up to their promises. August 2025 I scheduled for a diagnostic test online for my 2017 Acura MDX, just to check to see if anything was going south underneath my hood. My son took my car there for me because I had to work. Before my son got there I called the technician Derrick and I told him the same concerns I put on the online appointment and once again that it was coming in for a diagnostic. I’ve been left so thoroughly impressed with our service advisor Rami S that I needed other people to know. I have been having an issue with my car starting for the better part of the past 2 years and Acura Columbus has not been able to even identify what’s truly wrong. It’s a weird issue that doesn’t always populate when at the shop but will happen to me at least 2-3 times a week.
