I’ve been left so thoroughly impressed with our service advisor Rami S that I needed other people to know. I have been having an issue with my car starting for the better part of the past 2 years and Acura Columbus has not been able to even identify what’s truly wrong. It’s a weird issue that doesn’t always populate when at the shop but will happen to me at least 2-3 times a week.
