Excellent customer service. Very helpful and knowledgeable
I cannot give Fletcher 10 stars or l would. Not only is he kind considerate compassionate and understanding. He is highly professional and goes above and beyond to help. Having lymphatic issues Fletcher designed a special footplate and leg lift to enable me to use the chair and elevate my legs safely while getting on and off the chair is now easy. The team are amazing. I have clients that require regular assistance with repairs to their power wheelchairs. Nothing is to much for these guys. Amanda always gives timelines and is prompt to reply to emails or calls for assistance. Ben is wonderful and my clients love him. Cannot recommend them enough.
