This is a huge an i mean double huge shout out Shannon I do not hesitate recommending Shannon and his company to anybody in the disabled field or area especially disabled people he's very very knowledge of all facts of wheelchairs... Several of my clients use Linds Rehab. Their customer service is exceptional. Today is a case in point. One of my clients had a faulty footplate on her powered wheelchair. I had rung yesterday to book a repair and this was organised for 2.00pm. This morning I was told both footplates were broken. After calling Jess at Linds Rehab they moved the appointment to 11.30. My client could not be more grateful.
I’ve been using Lin’s Rehab for over 15 years and have sourced my last two power wheelchairs through them. Throughout that time, their service has always been reliable and supportive. Recently I had two issues with my wheelchair that needed urgent attention, with the most recent happening over a long weekend. Ken you are amazing, very polite and helpful 5 stars for you 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 For Jennifer jennings you are the rudest person we ever have to deal with , almost every time that we call. You are not doing any favour to us , we paid you to send the stuff to us. You need to learn how to talk with the customer, especially with the customer with the disabilities .( never talk down to them) If we could give zero review for u still not enough.
