No Communication. I had to call several times to get death certificates and my mom’s cremains, both had been sitting in office for days before I called. Pricing on a prepaid plan also has changed several times. The cemetery and mortuary doesn’t communicate either.
My brother died unexpectedly in December. Nobody was prepared, including him. Lindquist’s stepped in and helped us through the process as if we were part of their family. They have remained in contact with us since then, checking in to see how everyone is doing, and going out of their way to help us through a very difficult time.
