From start to finish, our family felt cared for, respected, and supported. In particular, Norris Nalder went above and beyond to guide us through each step with compassion and dignity. His thoughtful communication and genuine concern made all the difference. We felt that our loved one was his top priority, and for that, we are deeply grateful.
Through the process of my Father's passing, they were absolutely amazing, I was beyond impressed and they made the process as easy as possible. My problem comes with the aftercare, they upsold my mother on a different plot, my mother when it came time to place the order for the headstone was informed that the area my father is buried in does not permit headstones above the ground, which is something that absolutely should have been noted in the sales pitch, I went to try and visit my father today on the anniversary of his de... read more
I appreciated Chris and his approach to treating everyone coming in like they were his parents. People want to know what he would do if he was in their position with his background of experience and the personalization provided by giving what he feels are the +’s and minus’s for each consideration. That makes the decision making much easier as then it is easier to see how one’s personality correlates with or not with Chris’s feelings.
