We’ve had issues with Lindquist since my mother’s death in 2020, but nothing was egregious enough to write a review…until my phone call with Jared today. Starting with the most recent issue: I called Lindquist with a basic inquiry about a deed. I was transferred to Jared, who I feel was quite callous and unprofessional. The call was in regard to the deed on my mother’s plot. Lindquist did an awesome job for us when mom passed. Two things stand out. Chris, our funeral director, was very responsive, answering texts, calls, and emails any time of the day or night. And they just took care of all the details so we wouldn't have to think about them. It was such a a relief to turn the minutiae over to someone else! I recommend Lindquist to anyone.

I have worked with Lindquist through the passing of both my parents in the last 5 years. The team there has been thorough, timely, and professional in everything they have done. One parent passed with a funeral plan, the other without one. In both cases the service was wonderful and I am grateful for their experience before, during and after the process!!
