While visiting from out of state, I had to have my 16.5 yr. old Newfie mix dog euthanized. We had him in backseat of car & had to wait 20 minutes past appt. time for someone to come out. The tech said he could be sedated in car, and went back in. She came out 10 minutes later & said no. She went back in & nobody came out for 15 more minutes. It was excruciating.
