Thanks to Nigel and all at Lindops Wrexham. I have a RAV4 Hybrid which incidentally I love. It is not 3 years old till November. Unfortunately I incurred a cracked Windscreen a few weeks ago. Inconvenient I thought, but the insurance will cover it. Took the car into Lindops.
