Had my second coil fitted here. Parking was easy and receptionist was welcoming. That’s where it went down hill. I was not told beforehand that the Dr fitting the coil would be a male, would have asked for a female as I would have been more comfortable. It was not confirmed that I would be okay with a male conducting the procedure. Went to have my implant taken out and the lady with dark hair and glasses that saw me was so so lovely. Chatted to me about random things as I was really nervous and made sure I was ok throughout the appointment. She even did her best to avoid my tattoo which I thought was so thoughtful. I couldn’t recommend this place more highly, especially to people who are very anxious ☺️

As a nervous uni student, the nurses couldnt have been more supporting during my appointment, leading you through the and answering all questions whilst calming the nerves. All super sweet staff!!
