Directions: one step south of shady.
Unprofessionalism. No one contacted me prior to the appointment to confirm the time and date. They didn't provide the correct address. Once I got there the lady said my appointment was the day before but I have a recording stating it was rescheduled for the 22 because someone had to make a court appearance. I guess that's why it wasn't confirmed because they placed the wrong date on their end. Now I have to wait 30 days for another appointment. Completely ridiculous
I had a consult in January with Mrs. Wiley and her Office Manager Mary. The consult seemed to go well and I asked if I could have a couple weeks to speak with my family and get back with them. Once I tried to get back in touch I would leave voicemails and not get returned calls, when someone did answer the phone they stated that the attorney Mrs. Wiley is out of the office for a week or week and a half.
