We waited for about half an hour. My baby pooped so I asked the receptionist if I can go to change or will the doctor be here. Since moving back to Perth after 27years in Sydney, 23yrs with the same Dr. I've been amazed at how thorough the young Dr at Lindisfarne is. He has been quick to investigate the problem of my purple swollen feet, something I've been complaining about for a few years. Getting an appointment is really easy through Hot Doc app, and the staff are warm and friendly. I'm so glad Lindisfarne was suggested to me when I arrived. I had a great experience with Dr. Daniel Yang — he was professional, kind, and thorough. However, the front desk service was disappointing. I had a blood test on July 14. On July 21 at 8:30am, I called to ask about the results and was told they usually take 24–48 hours, but I must book an appointment to access them. I was scheduled for July 26. If anything happens again, I’ll definitely come back to see him. I had a consultation with Dr. Mik Parola today and I couldn’t be more grateful. I was quite nervous about my symptoms and also because English isn’t my first language, but Dr. Parola was incredibly kind, listened carefully, and explained everything so clearly that I felt totally at ease. My experience from my recent two trips to Lindisfarne medical group have been the best gp experience to date. The receptionists have a lovely smile when they greet you and I haven’t had an overly long wait either. Dr Anthony who I saw was very thorough in all my issues I brought up, in not just treatment but making sure I understand the reasons behind his decisions. I highly recommend Dr Anthony and at extension this medical group. :)
