I had a great experience with Dr. Daniel Yang — he was professional, kind, and thorough. However, the front desk service was disappointing. I had a blood test on July 14. On July 21 at 8:30am, I called to ask about the results and was told they usually take 24–48 hours, but I must book an appointment to access them. I was scheduled for July 26. If anything happens again, I’ll definitely come back to see him. I had a consultation with Dr. Mik Parola today and I couldn’t be more grateful. I was quite nervous about my symptoms and also because English isn’t my first language, but Dr. Parola was incredibly kind, listened carefully, and explained everything so clearly that I felt totally at ease. My experience from my recent two trips to Lindisfarne medical group have been the best gp experience to date. The receptionists have a lovely smile when they greet you and I haven’t had an overly long wait either. Dr Anthony who I saw was very thorough in all my issues I brought up, in not just treatment but making sure I understand the reasons behind his decisions. I highly recommend Dr Anthony and at extension this medical group. :)
