Whilst the doctors in this clinic are wonderful, they are seriously let down by their support staff. I have once received a file for another patient instead of being sent my own file, which is a serious privacy breach. In addition, my husband and I have, on 3 separate occasions, been forgotten about when waiting to see a doctor or the pathology clinic and have waited up to an hour and a half for our appointments.
