I was in to see Dr Ng for some blood tests results. I wanted a print out as I had a specialist appointment in 8days. I expressed 3 times that I wanted to leave and take the printout. The appointment ran longer because the Dr Ng appeared somewhat flustered, over talking and repeating the same information (seemed rattled proving his knowledge) the discussion moved away from my primary concerns and went off subject including being provided information about subsidised physiotherapy and dietician services that I didn’t require. ... read more
Most importantly, this practice has excellent doctors, nurses and support staff. Facility is fully renovated and reasonably well set up inside, and there is usually free street parking available in Queens Crescent. The website could be improved, a phone call is often needed to book appointments or for follow ups, and there is no business email address.
I have been a patient at Lindisfarne for 40 years, even with its changes over the years it has maintained consistent excellent medical care and follow up at all times. Mik Parola is my regular doctor, he is incredibly professional, always provides me with information & feedback following procedures. He has an easy manner & great sense of humour. It is easy to book on line with reception always friendly on arrival.
