Abrasive, Unprofessional and Nasty. After being a patient for more than 15 years I left with such a hurtful experience. After having to cancel a makeup consultation and rescheduling a follow-up appointment, I was bulldozed by the staff and Dr. Borton upon my next appointment. The lack of empathy, tone of voice and utter nastiness I endured when I came in for what I thought was a normal appointment left me scarred for life. I have seen Dr.Borton as my dermatologist a few times. She seems knowledgable about her field. Her staff however, especially the front office is very aggressive w collecting money. I have awesome insurance (thank goodness) because be prepared she isn't cheap and if you can't pay your done. I've overheard some painful conversations between patients and her male office manager. First time seeing a dermatologist, so I had several concerns to discuss. I waited over an hour in the waiting room and was about to go back to work, when they called me into the exam room, told me to take everything off and gave me a skimpy drape. I sat there waiting for 45 minutes, finally got up and decided to get dressed and walk out, just as she came into the exam room.
