They did not listen to what we were looking for and rushed us even with an hour appointment after 30 minutes "there's another bride coming so if you could hurry up".

I have seen the same wedding dress way too many times in Sudbury. The owners should know how many they have sold, if this is a concern as a bride I would just maybe ask prior to trying their dresses on. Hope this helps a future bride! Update - The photographer that shot my wedding is now on her 5th wedding with the exact same dress from Lindgrens. And that is only 1 photographer to put it in perspective.

Poor management on dress orders. We had a group order dresses for our wedding. The first person that was fitted, ordered, and had the deposit paid was told her dress wasn't going to arrive because "she didn't pay her deposit in time". She was the first one to pay her deposit! Meanwhile, the others that ordered and paid their deposit after her will have their dresses in time for the wedding. Lindgren's reasoning makes no sense.

Although I wasn’t able to find a dress for my occasion(I needed a short dress) they have a huge selection of dresses and they are gorgeous! The staff was also amazing and willing to help with everything. When I need a dress I will definitely be back. Thank you
