I just want to share the enormous kindness of the doctor there today whom was so clear about the lumbar injection I was scheduled for, as I was extremely nervous. He was so lovely, as were the nurses, I ended up not having it for personal reasons, but the care, time spent answering my questions with compassion, honestly, it was so kind. I don’t know the Doctor’s name however I just want to praise this clinic profusely.
My mother had a CT scan this morning, and I wanted to say a huge thank you to the young Aussie female who carried out the scan. She showed incredible patience, care and support, and treated my mother with kindness and respect throughout the entire appointment. thank you

The front desk staff and the CT technicians were incredibly friendly and professional.”
I think everything else was quite good. The only regret is that every time I saw the lady at the front desk, she came across as very cold and showed no warmth at all. If she could just drop the coldness and show even a little bit of warmth, it would be perfect. May God bless this lady.
