I had to come into the Surgery this morning as one of my medications could not be ordered as someone upstairs sitting behind a desk who is not my Haematologist or Consultant didn't sanction my request as they said it needed to be reviewed. This person didn't even have the courtesy to come and speak to me she got a receptionist to do it who wasn't exactly friendly.Who do these people think they are messing with peoples medication they have no right this isn't the first time they've done this. I've always had very good experiences with the Doctors and Receptionists at this v busy surgery over the 18 years that I've lived in this village - until recently. Who is that one rude and deeply unhelpful Receptionist that you have employed? Some staff training is required. It's a huge shame as the others are so kind, patient and helpful. I have been into the surgery today and spoken to a very helpful receptionist who listened to me and has tried her very best to achieve the outcome that I was looking for.... I could not have been more pleased with the service that I received. I feel very lucky to have this practice as my doctors surgery. Thank you.

We have only had fantastic service here. My husband has had quite a few appointments over the last few months and all the doctors he has seen have been so kind, sympathetic and helpful in trying to sort out his issues. The new triage service has worked well for both of us- getting a same day appointment for urgent issues and being put on a waiting list for an appointment for less serious issues. Thank you all for your hard work.
