I like shelly but I don’t like how I have to keep calling in to book an appointment. She never answers the phone. I had approached her with this about two months back and she asked to text her. She will make sure she replies but guess what she didn’t. Her business hours are from 10 and I have been her from 10 but no answer whatsoever.
That was as far from the gentle hair sugar removal as possible. The lady seemed doesn’t care at all, she doesn’t enjoy or even tolerate what she is doing. She didn’t hold my skin, when she was tearing out the hair, and it was painful even when she was distributing sugar.
