They do not even deserve one star. This company is awful. We bought a brand new Komatsu 210 excavator with Gryb magnet attachment. The machine was delivered with only a bucket. Magnet was promised in 2 months. I am in the metal business so the bucket is not very useful. 6 months later we get a magnet. They realize it’s the wrong magnet. 🤦🏻♀️ Not what we ordered. Had to use it until the one we ordered came. Used for two months. Two more months go by for repairs. Received repaired magnet used a few months then defective. Th... read more

Field service & parts are good. Shop is a different story entirely. 6 calls, 6 different stories over the course of 2+ months. Ending with "Linder Used needed equipment worked on, you'll be lucky to get it first of next month." Despite my equipment being in the shop prior & supposedly being worked on. Worst customer experience I've had with a shop from NC to Georgia. Komatsu makes a fine piece of equipment & if you're not in need of shop time, you're likely good to go.
