Before the Lindenwood Agency was purchased by Hub International this year, Lindenwood was a fabulous agency. Now, one star is an exaggeration. Ryan did a great job helping my husband and I with our insurance last year. We just had a baby, and Ryan reached out proactively to discuss our renewal with us. We didn’t have to do anything! I called to inquire about car insurance with this company a couple weeks ago. The gentleman who answered was amazing. Very friendly and great customer service. I was told I would receive a call back being the gal who does the quote was starting her computer and would call me back in a few...... I'm still waiting on a call...... Maybe her computer crashed 🤔
