I will never step foot into this office again as long as I live! My bad experiences have now completely overshadowed any good experiences I have had! The staff and Dr. Patel are nasty and clueless!!! No one should have to wait 45 minutes for a prescription for a shot plus $30!!! Done!!!
Worst experience ever!!!! My dr is great the office personal are nasty people. They do nothing but give you an attitude and talk over you and won't let you speak. I've been trying to get them to call in a script for me since 10am and when they finally do at 4pm my insurance doesn't cover it. I call the dr and some man answers and says we are closed for the weekend and there is nothing I can do. When I told him how long I've been waiting he says "Wow Wow" like he doesn't give a shit.
