I am here for rehab for one week. I give this place 5 stars easily. I am treated with respect, dignity, kindness, compassion, lots of tlc, good listeners. I am going home so much stronger and confident. All your staff from kitchen, nursing, therapy, CNAs, cleaning team, administration are rock stars!!! Thank you
My mom is a new resident at Linden Ridge Assisted Living but has been in and out of Linden Grove rehab many times, as well as the skilled nursing unit more recently. I had no complaints with her care in either area. She was a little hesitant to move here because change is hard, but now that she's here, she absolutely loves it. There are so many activities, the rooms are comfortable, the staff is nothing short of amazing, and the food is very good.
Staff was very unfriendly and uncaring. "Lost" my dad twice! He took several falls in his 4 days there. Blood was left on him and the furniture until we asked that it be cleaned up. Took forever to get a response when pushing the help button and then we saw staff standing around talking when nobody showed up to help. We were told many conflicting stories about what was happening. He ended up with aspirating pneumonia and severely dehydrated-we pulled him out and had him hospitalized.
