First of all I lived in this apartment for about a year, throughout the year I had nonstop problems with neighbors and people at the front desk. There are many crazy people at this apartment. The parking lot in general is good though but it’s a concern since a lot of the times cars have been keyed and the management would do nothing about it. If you value your sanity and safety, stay far away from this place. The neighbors here are absolutely unhinged. I’ve been woken up by screaming matches in the hallway at 2 a.m., someone banging on random doors, and I swear one guy walks around in the middle of the night just talking to himself. But the weirdest—and honestly scariest—experience was in the laundry room. Don’t rent apartment 316, in apartment 315 old people living there they complain so much about that they don’t like noise, not even if you watching tv or playing music or talking they can hear everything bc the wall is so sensitive🫵and the parking lot is nice but there is so many people that they scratch your car and if you do a report with front desk they not gonna do anything about it bc the camera they have is not working well🫱and there is problem with water every month too, is to much stress to live there more in apart... read more
