In the Summer enjoy the hot air balloon festival, car show & parade, and fishing at Merritt Lake and Music in the Park. Come experience our wonderfully unique and peaceful community here at Ideal Villa.

Horrible place to live. They like to harass you and keep coming into your house for constant “inspections” and the maintenance man likes to look in your windows. Very crazy place to live.
Does not follow proper Ada FHA laws for service animals.
