I am beyond disappointed with the lack of responsiveness from this facility. Today is Friday, April 10, 2026, and I have attempted to call this office at least four times today alone (and at least once yesterday). Despite leaving multiple voicemails, I have received zero communication back. I am a new patient attempting to establish care. American healthcare system is a joke . I've been on medication Management for well over ten years and out of all the meds I've been on the one that actually worked and I have two previous diagnoses and medication management history/proof they won't help me with . It's literally like going to the ER with your arm broken and your bone sticking out saying hey my arms broken and them looking at you and saying oh I actually think it's something else . While I haven't visited the clinic, I have interacted with staff there and it has always been a pleasant experience, especially all the times my insurance has changed over the years. I've done televisits with an NP for quite some time and I am very grateful I was connected with her. When I request refills through my pharmacy, the office is very prompt at getting back to them. 5 stars!
I really like this clinic and have been to so many before this one. Everyone I have met has been welcoming and the NP I am seeing is a very nice person who listens to you. As for the 1 star people, it would have been nice if they would have written what the issue is instead of just putting down one star. So, I would not take those into consideration if you are choosing a clinic.
