was in adult PHP/IOP bc local inpatient facilities were full, desk staff and therapists/facilitators were nice and respectful. the problem was the drs/psychs there weren't around enough, lied about what psychological testing they provided (didn't give me one specific test but gave it to someone else in the exact same program) and also chose not to diagnose me with something after completing the testing for it and checking all the relevant boxes. the topic of dissociation/derealization/and depersonalization also came up frequ... read more
Angela Quroz has been great for my daughter. Got her on the right meds. Listens to her. The program has helped in the past as well. Much better than Silver Cross. That's place was terrible.
i was here recently and honestly i felt like the staff was nice but never seemed interested in really helping you/hearing what you have to say. the groups, atleast for the adolescent program i was in, were a complete waste of time and i didn’t learn anything. one of the staff members, matt, i hated. there are kids who are struggling that come to this program for help and matt did nothing but make you feel ashamed of yourself. he is very sarcastic and just flat out rude , i felt really uncomfortable around him and nobody i wa... read more
