I was there once and it was horrible, most of the staff were very nice but there were some who really did not help me with my mental health, Megan and Brittney were super rude there and I had so many issues with Megan because she would constantly disagree with my when I was ranting to her about my friend issues, and Brittney I got yelled at because I was in group therapy and I was again telling about my friend issues and she rudely interrupted me saying “are you looking for feedback because if you not then stop!” Excuse me? ... read more
My son was here at the Mokena location adolescent PHP week 1 and 2 were great adjusting meds Brittney and Mary grace always kept me in the loop.. week 3 no calls from Dr Ceris she was the one adjusting meds and usually would contact me twice a week.. Then we had meeting to transition him back into school specifically told them school did not need to know diagnosis they ensured me that it was confidential while having zoom transition meeting Pam asked me if it was ok to tell school diagnosis I specifically said no!
