My daughter has been to see dr today the doc had no idea of her medical condition after 2 months we are still waiting for a referral to see gynaecologist what are the docs doing?
If I could give 0, I would. Some of the doctors are really proficient, but the Reception staff are rude and have no people skills or knowledge to understand the patients. However, they would like to think that they are the doctors who could make decisions for the patients. Its pathetic!
Great little practice always get me in quickly and help with any issues, the reason for the missing star is there’s a woman on reception that is so rude and condescending I try not to ring when she’s working and that’s pretty much everyday please sort her attitude out! 🤦♀️
