I received a bogus complaint for my tenant's dog waste which took over a year and three court sessions to resolve. They failed to appear in court twice. Then one of their employees promised to dismiss it, but after he moved to another department, they changed their mind, dragged me to court for the third time, and insisted that I pay the fine. I hope this $150 makes them happy and wealthy.
They answered the phone right away and said someone would take care of the issue!
Linden Health Department is great if you stay on them to address health issues.. Antonio T was the technician who inspected my home for several hazardous issues my landlord refuses to take care of. Antonio logged all calls, interactions and summons for me so I have proof of hazards in and outside my home. Thank you Antonio and I hope you are recognized for your due diligence and I really hope my landlord addresses all issue pertaining to my apartment.
