I came here based on the high ratings. I didn't actually get a haircut - but I feel the staff is not very professional. My experience was that I arrived at the scheduled appointment time, but the staff didn't seem to understand what I wanted and asked me to show them a photo. After I spent about 2-3 minutes looking for a reference photo, she became impatient.
