Do not waste your time, very unprofessional, if you're in need for dental work, go elsewhere.
This practice has gone to hell since Dr. Osborne retired. It's all about the insurance. They don't want you even if you have a plan from a company they accept. They refuse to call the insurance company who will verify they will pay the out of network claim. I am leaving after being a patient of LDA for 55 years. Three generations of my family - GOODBYE LDA!!!!!
