This practice has gone to hell since Dr. Osborne retired. It's all about the insurance. They don't want you even if you have a plan from a company they accept. They refuse to call the insurance company who will verify they will pay the out of network claim. I am leaving after being a patient of LDA for 55 years. Three generations of my family - GOODBYE LDA!!!!!
