Went there for a delivery. The nurse in the dining room was one of the rudest people I have ever encountered!! After delivering my package, I couldn't exit the facility. I went back to the rude nurse to ask her how I could get out. She looked me dead in the eye and said she had to let me out. Ok. I get it. No movement from miss rude. I asked her if she could let me out!! She took her sweet ads time. She had to find a card, etc.... it took almost 10 minutes for miss rude to come back with the card. Negative stars!!!!!!!! In my opinion and experience, dealing with Linden Court Waukesha was like a nightmare that never ended, the worst two years of my life. The memory care unit has the most vulnerable residents and I have seen animals treated better. I have a full-time job, but this quickly became my second and not as an employee. I wish I could have had the opportunity to move my mom sooner. There are better places out there. Absolutely one of the worst skilled nursing facilities I’ve ever seen. Most of the aides have horrendous attitudes . Extremely poor management and lacking in care and compassion.
Absolutely do not recommend. The rooms are nice and well-appointed (vs. Kensington, where my grandfather had previously been, but where he received better care), but that is the only positive (though my grandfather said he liked the food). However, the level of care in the so-called 'memory' ward was non-existent. When I would visit him during the 2 or so hours each time, no one came by to check on him.
