Worse parking you will ever experience!! I get off work late at night and there is NOWHERE to park. After driving around looking for parking I decided to park in a handicap spot. Woke up to discover my car was towed. Management didn’t have no answer but to pay for a car porch on the other side of the complex. You get what you pay for….. wouldn’t recommend.
It’s a great place to live. Their property manager, Tricia, always is very quick with responses and is always very helpful! Highly recommend living here
Was towed for a parking at a carport spot when there was no other parking left. Which I understand, but, given this is a known issue to the management, they hiring of towing companies to “audit” parking is horrible. Invest in a carport permit or basically be barred from leaving past 12. Another, smaller point would be the three weeks I waited for a work order to be fulfilled. I had forgotten I sent the order in until a random guy knocked on my door saying he works with the complex. The pathetic attempts of mending the issues... read more
If you like to have family or friends over don’t live here. Parking is terrible. Also have had mine and a few friends cars broken into while parked here.
