The Bad: 1) Cockroaches. There is a no joke infestation at the complex. We had our apartment sprayed 3 times and it still did not fix the issue. We had to vacate the property for at least 4 hours each time. This cost us a minimum of $500 in personal expenses. 2) A/C. Not turned on until May in Building C, so you will likely rough out some hot days in April. Keep this in mind if you have children. We had issues with every appliance in the kitchen (which was newly renovated). Ongoing issues with pests and AC, and not enough washer/driers for the buildings. Management was communicative and professional, but these issues added up. We enjoyed the location a lot, but were happy to leave.
