Dropped off a king size cotton/polyester quilt for laundering. I had a coupon for $1.49 per pound for laundered goods so figured was worth it not to go to the laundromat during Covid. I have had multiple negative encounters, primarily on pricing, with Lindeman's but I had a coupon right? What I had calculated to be about $11 with tax came to $68.37 after a 15% discount!!!!. This is a poor excuse for a dry cleaning service. Just charged my wife $43. to wash a 7# bedspread. Lost a $100 sweater with no compensation and recently 2 very expensive shirts. Patronize at your own risk.
RecommendedHere's a great story: Rich 's dad died in 1985. We have the flag that Rich's mom received at the funeral. We were given a display case for the flag from Ryan & Nicole last week and decided to get the flag cleaned. Lindeman's Cleaners from Green Bay cleaned the flag and charged us $0 for it. Thank you to Lindeman's for the care of our keepsake and to the Cherney family for giving us the means to display it! God bless 🇺🇸
NEGATIVE 2 STARS. Bad bad bad experience. WILL NOT BE BACK. I brought in a Lana wool hat to be cleaned. The purpose of this was so it didnt shrink being it was wool. I would have cleaned it myself if it weren't for that fact. Brought it in on a Tuesday and was told I could pick it up Friday. I didnt receive it until the following Tuesday. Kept getting the excuse, "it must have missed the truck". Then I get it back. Theyve bent the hell out of the brim, they damaged the symbol on the hat, and shrunk the hat. Got shirts for my fiancé dry cleaned and they look worse than when I took them there. Slightly disappointed especially because I mentioned to the woman that the collars need some attention.
I took my prom dress there because there was a spot of nail polish that got on it, I asked the lady if they would be able to get it out when I got there. They said yes, I came back a few days later, took it home, and the spot was still there the same as it was before! 28 dollars they charged me for a little spot they didn’t even get out and they tried to give it back to me like that. Elite means they charge $20 for a suit!. Their service sucks. You still need a "special" to get it back in 2 days. So 2 days later it wasn't there because the girl, in a completely empty store, forgot to put it in as a "special." 2 more days after my suit-less evening I went in and said "I assume my clothes have made it by now?" to which the morning woman asked what happened.
