Lindemann came through for us again. With temps in the minus 10 to minus 14 overnight, our furnace failed overnight. Steve (the Fabulous) came over on Sunday, got us running temporarily, and diagnosed the problem. By Monday at 3 pm the part he specified had been installed and we were up and running - despite an avalanche of emergency calls received by Lindemann overnight. They identified the cause of condensation in chimney and recommended a stainless steel liner. The install team came on time and completed the job in about 2.5 hours. They answered my questions about the install process and cleaned up when finished. Overall a very good experience.
Lindemann is my GO TO for everything (heater, a/c, and my fireplace/chimney.) I have lived here in LB for over 50 years!! They are knowledgable, informative, reasonably priced, and they always clean up! Thank you!
