Jim the salesman was very patient and thorough in answering all our questions for converting our wood burning fireplace to a gas burning. Good communication. Brandon the main installer along with Lewis were very friendly and efficient. Once Brandon started doing the work he came up with a couple of suggestions that he thought we might like better so we changed a few things and it turned out better than we originally expected! We're very happy with the work!
Mark arrive promptly and did a very thorough job cleaning our wood-burning fireplace, while keeping the house free of dust and dirt. He is very personable and we enjoy seeing him year after year.

The Service Technician, Tyler, was absolutely fantastic. He performed a thorough and complete job of inspecting and cleaning our fireplace chimney. We spoke along the way regarding what he was doing and why, and he took the time to show me the results, discuss his findings and recommended next steps forward.
