Mark and staff are great. I'm a contractor, too, and it is hard to find reliable options out there. Trust a place like this for experience and old-school customer service. Too often we've been greatly disappointed with millennial-run start-ups that care more about a Google rating than true customer care. And those young places will defame you publicly out of retaliation if you ever post anything negative, but true, about them.
Lindemann's customer service and communication was excellent. We had experienced team members help us along the way and we couldn't be more in love with our new gas insert fireplace. 10/10 recommend!
