We found Lindee great to work with. They were able to start an accessible bathroom project quickly, stayed in communication all the time, showed up when expected, and turned around the remodel faster than we thought possible. Just completed an accessible addition to our home, including a bedroom and bathroom, an overhead lift system. Frank was a very accessible and accountable owner and orchestrator of the effort. Frank came in at budget and on timeline. I also appreciated when small things came up or human mistakes (small but things happen in a project of our size) - Frank and his team took accountability and fixed it the right way. Frank and his team were great! They remodeled my in laws’ shower this time. My mother in law loves it and I love the fact she is safer, and stylish to boot. I didn’t think we could get better service than we got when they did our front ramp, I was wrong. The team was so nice and considerate, and did an amazing job!!
Lindee did a wonderful job on some kitchen and bath updates on my rental property. Frank was very easy to work with and came in with a great finished product that was within my budget. I will be using Lindee again!
Lindee Construction had a great reputation until it was recently bought out. The new owner Frank was not easy to work with. I had flooring done in my whole condo to make it safer for my power wheelchair. At first they put in the wrong floor and had to redo it. The whole entire project took over four months and it is still not done well. I finally gave up and did not have them come back to do any repairs or replaced Floor because I would not be able to take the stress of working with them again.
