This companies service is comical to say the least. The South Australian branch may have the worst customer service I have ever delt with in over 30 years of owning my own business. I am truly disappionted that I could not rate them in the minus.
Bought a forklift in September 24, Brian Gill call me in October 24 to try sell me another forklift. I told him we having problems with the one he just sold us in Whyalla. Make up excuses about no mechanics heading out that way until after new year. Nothing after new year, so i call him in Feb 25, now said I just missed the technician, now have to wait till July 25. Finally turn up, charge me $1400 and now said I missed the warranty service. Do not buy from Brian Gill. Rip off artist, only interested in selling dodgy forklif... read more
