We recently swapped our counterbalance forklift with a new Linde 2 ton forklift and had an excellent experience. Thanks to Kalaiyaselvan for his professional and smooth coordination, and Ben for outstanding technical support in quickly resolving issues.
Kalaiyselvan has provided fantastic service for us since our purchase of the Linde forklift, even coming to site on short notice to attend to any issues. always personable and reachable at a moments notice.
Horrendous after sales service. Forklift is under warranty and has broken down and the part is on backorder with a 6 week ETA. Multiple calls to Linde and their phone system is lousy. Trying to get a loan forklift is like trying to get Trump to tell the truth - impossible.
