Kalaiyselvan has provided fantastic service for us since our purchase of the Linde forklift, even coming to site on short notice to attend to any issues. always personable and reachable at a moments notice.
Horrendous after sales service. Forklift is under warranty and has broken down and the part is on backorder with a 6 week ETA. Multiple calls to Linde and their phone system is lousy. Trying to get a loan forklift is like trying to get Trump to tell the truth - impossible.

Below is a copy of an email sent re my new green tick linde cerified used machine Further to our discussion at my house to day . To say I am disappointed with the quality or lack of quality on the "supposed" green tick cerified forklift linde delivered today is an enormous understatement. The machine was quite obviously never checked over, and futher to this point I highly doubt anyone even lifted the engine hatch at all.
