I've been going to Windy for years and I love going there! She is so personable and listens to concerns you might have and offers her professional opinion. Six years ago I was searching for a good esthetician and was recommended by a friend to call Windy Linde at Linde Esthetics. Windy is friendly, professional and an expert on skin care and overall wellness. Windy mentioned she was offering Red Light Therapy for helping with skin tone, joint pain, and great for many more health issues. I have had 4 - 20 minute sessions. I tried out a new service Windy has added to her service menu called Reiki. It was a really interesting experience that involves energy balancing. Windy made sure to explain the service in detail prior to starting, made sure I was totally comfortable, then began. Apparently, it was very relaxing as I fell asleep within minutes of her starting and was in/out throughout the service. I enjoyed a wonderful vibroacoustic therapy session in the inHarmony Sound Lounge at Linde Esthetics! The room was set up to help you relax and focus. Plus the price was so reasonable! I look forward to trying more sessions in the future!!
I have been coming to Windy for quite some time and recently started doing Reiki with Windy. This is a new service she is offering and I am always down to try something new. I was surprised to learn how much this involves mindfulness and connection with my own body. Windy went into great detail and explained everything step by step. I have had two sessions so far and I have felt light, calm, and at peace following each session. I will definitely keep coming back for more!
