Did an overall sub par job. I had to get them to come back and fix mistakes. Two years later I'm having to pay a different contractor for repairs. Definitely would not recommend.
Don't use Linblad. At first they seemed to be interested in doing a good job but as the day progressed they obviously lost interest (the cussing got louder and the fits became more numerous) we stayed in the house to not bother them so there was no pressure. I saw some fundamental mistakes and the mess left was dangerous. After the first day of work they wanted to get paid, we nicely said we would when it was finished and mistakes corrected, what an attitude after that!!!
