Terrible job replacing curb and soil in parkway. Very rough , not a smooth transition to street. Whole process from leaving a hole in the street for a week and not securing off properly. Barely put a inch of top soil on top of gravel with barely any grass seed, we'll see how good it grows? Lots of concrete chunks left in parkway. I had to clean up myself. This is on the city of Joliet's and tax payer dime, too bad they gave them the contract.
