I've had this storage since February of 24 worked as it should No one ever contacted me or anything. Until it was time to move out I moved out before the 5th before the bill was due on the 13th and they still charged me. I swept out the unit with a broom took photos and everything and they're still trying to charge me saying they can't close out my account because the latch is broken.
