This is the first and last time I go to this place. I went in for a pedicure the day before a wedding I was MoH for. An older woman removed my gel polish by completely drilling it off. She didn't just drill off the top layer of gel, she removed all of it, which caused her to fully break off two of my toenails. Her hand was unsteady so she even touched my toe skin with the drill, which was painful.
