Absolutely disgusting customer service practice. I inquired on a bouquet of roses, never really going through the process of ordering and buying some for delivery. The rude female inform me was gonna be $100 plus delivery fee fees, which I informed her I did not know they were that expensive. She rudely advised that this is the industry standard and then rudely followed up with. Are you gonna order the flowers or not? I have customers..
