Today I went to Arturo's salon to get my hair done. When I politely told Arturo I wasn't happy with the shape of my hairstyle, another staff member became visibly upset, he spoke to me disrespectfully, and Arturo did nothing to address it. I felt dismissed and disrespected after politely expressing my concerns. I am very disappointed and will not return.
I am very happy with my hair. Arturo and his team did an amazing job plus made time go by so quick next thing yu know I was ready to go super fabulous!! I have been wearing hair extensions since I was 13 I’m now 31 and I never made myself a ponytail because the hair extensions will show and with his hair it feels like it’s my natural hair. No hair extensions are visible and it’s a full ponytail which is awesome. I am so pleased.. thank you
This place is the absolute best, I showed them a reference photo and they made my hair look exactly like it. I am absolutely in love with the results. They are very clean and very kind. I felt so welcomed and so relaxed. 100% would recommend to everyone. Will definitely be coming again
