I have taken several items to Linda and she has done an excellent job. This kind of talent is valuable, so I never expect a discount. She is very good at quoting a price before taking a job. I like Linda and I am happy to patronize her business!!!

I used Linda's Alterations & Cleaners for a simple clothing alteration. The work was completed as requested, and the turnaround time was fairly quick. The pricing was a little higher than I expected, but the quality was decent. Overall, it was an okay experience for basic alteration needs.

I walked in to get a dress tailored. The owner told me to go to the dressing room, so I went in, changed into the dress, and came back out ready to ask questions. In the shop at the same time were two Caucasian women. They went into the dressing room as well to try on another outfit, and I watched the owner work with them patiently while they asked questions and discussed pricing. She increased her estimate by 27% 259.50 instead of 200. The 10 days to 2weeks became 6 weeks. Phone calls not returned. One item of five was unsatisfactory. One one trip a 15 minute drive she had closed earlier than five pm the posted time; on second trip my clothes were at her home. Three trips required. She refused to adjust the price
