This would be a zero star if I could. I've been happily taking my dog here for 4 yrs and as soon as they did their expensive remodel, everything has gone down hill from there. Zero accountability for their mistakes in communication and terrible customer service!!!! And to top it off as a business when you start to blame the customer for YOUR mistakes, it is a giant neon sign telling people "please don't support our business anymore." Much obliged.
