I hate having to leave this review because I used to love coming here, but my experience today was unacceptable. My sister and I arrived before several other customers for pedicures. We were seated in a corner with our feet soaking and waited for about two hours without anyone starting our pedicures. During that time, the water got cold, and no one came to check on us or explain the delay. I have been searching around for a new nail place and have been disappointed at each one. I don’t hardly leave reviews but the reason I went to this place was because it had nice reviews. The lady who did my nails was not very neat with her filing so some are cropped or longer than others. The fake nail part wasn’t big enough and that left a cracked spot on the side of my thumb nail. Those are minor issues but the biggest one is that all of my nails are popping off as if they have been glued on. Never have I had this happen.... read more
