Very disappointed. Was very interested and while yes I have credit issues, they said during walk through that it would not be an issue, however after $100 in application fees they not only rejected me with no offer to work with me, after saying they would. Ghosted me after countless texts and emails before that making sure I was scheduled and coming. Just application fee thief. If you don't have a good credit score then avoid this group and their properties.
Needs to be addressed not safe units by the daycare police are always at. Loud music, flood lights all night long in the yard lots of traffic in and out very loud lived out there 40 years and nothing getting done.
