This is a great place & if I had the opportunity to work for them to help bring them out of the dark ages, I would. I'm usually marketed as a millennial because of "age/midset" and I consistently see they don't focus on that. They only communicate with clients via a phone but I think it is not a rotary :)/ J/K. I have purchased 5 machines from Linda Z (over $30,000 of machines) because I've them & trust them but I'm happy with the service "in store" or the classes organization & communications. Staff is so helpful and friendly. Class for new machine was great I learned so much.
I have a lot to say about the disrespectful treatment I received from the staff at Linda Zs, however, a picture is worth a thousand words. I will let the image of how the service department threaded my coverstitch machine (and the fact that all of them kept calling it a "serger") speak for itself because I have no more energy or time left to give to this.
