Awesome collection of fabric, great classes and very helpful. Service and sales very helpful. Just dropped off 2 machines for servicing. Very busy. Nice parking lot.
NOT HAPPY. I spent over 1700. on a new machine and the needle falls out while sewing. Literally falls out. A week after purchase. I told the saleslady and she acted like I didn't know how to install a needle on a Brother sewing machine because nothing could be wrong with the machine. Two months later and it's STILL FALLING OUT. Bottom line: Linda's is super nice when you are plunking down money but are extremely dismissive when there's a problem with your newly purchased machine. VERY SORRY I bought my machine there!
Went to Linda z’s for the first time because of a broken bobbin case. Fantastic welcome from sue and great service by Tom. I will be a returning customer!
The employees here were extremely disrespectful and made fun of me when I tried to ask for a certain fabric. She told me that I shouldn't use it and basically said that I didn't know what I was talking about. After I walked away she went on to talk to her co-workers about "what she had just witnessed" and gossiped about how dumb I was. Awful experience. Never going there again.
