Pleasant and very helpful
I've been quilting & sewing for 25 years. My husband and I were having a small getaway, and whenever we go somewhere I look for a fabric store. I found Linda Z's and stopped in. Apparently most of the fabric is upstairs (no obvious signs for this). And walked into a room full of sewing machines, ok no problem. I was more interested in looking at fabric and saw a small room off to the side. Went in there and didn't really see anything. But there were used machines at the end of the room. This is a great place & if I had the opportunity to work for them to help bring them out of the dark ages, I would. I'm usually marketed as a millennial because of "age/midset" and I consistently see they don't focus on that. They only communicate with clients via a phone but I think it is not a rotary :)/ J/K. I have purchased 5 machines from Linda Z (over $30,000 of machines) because I've them & trust them but I'm happy with the service "in store" or the classes organization & communications.
