The worst experience! New patient, I had an appointment at 3:10pm. I arrived at 3:20pm and stood on the check in line for 5 minutes mind you every patient has a grace period of 15 minutes. I was denied medical service under the grace period.
The doctor was very friendly and listened carefully to my problems. She evidently had read my history and after examining me, explained the tests which she ordered in order to more completely diagnose my condition. Both blood work and X-rays were arranged immediately after seeing her..
Dr. Linda Yue is amazing. Very attentive, honest, friendly and understanding and explained everything. What a wonderful Dr. and lady.
